Create Parametric Parts

With PartMaster Software, you can create simple or complex parametric parts.

These ‘parts’ can create literally anything you need, from acoustic panel slat wall to folding cladding.

You can also create cabinet parts with parametric machining that can auto-adjust depending on sizes, etc.

This option is available in PartMaster Software.

Simple Formula Editor

PartMaster Software includes an intuitive formula editor that helps you create parametric formulas.

You can create your own global variables to use in this formula editor to make things easier.

The formulas in this editor can be as simple as “PartWidth / 2” to get the centre of a part, or much more complex if desired.

This option is available in PartMaster Software.

PartMaster Import DXF

Import DXF as Part Border

PartMaster Software has three options to create the outside border of a Part. Firstly, there is a simple Width and Height option.

Secondly, there is a point-by-point option, which specifies individual intersections for each point on the border. (These can also be formula controlled.)

Thirdly, you can simply just import a DXF as your border. Between these three options, you can create virtually any shaped part you want.

This option is available in PartMaster Software.

Integrated Nesting

PartMaster Software can be integrated with EzyNest / EnRoute.

This pairing allows you to process and nest parts for manufacturing with one click.

With integrated nesting, you can also select your required sheet size and tooling setup prior to processing.

This option requires EzyNest or EnRoute for integration.

PartMaster 3D Rendered View

3D Rendered View

With PartMaster Software, you can ceate your designs and then view them in a 3D rendered view.

This rendered view is key to being able to visually see the final product in 3D prior to producing any parts, therefore minimizing errors and rework.

This option is available in PartMaster Software.
