Removing vanity panels

Remove Vanity Panel
The option to remove all vanity panels on a drawing has been added
It can be found in Drawing properties under Construction Standard -> Doors/Fronts in the Vanity Panel group box
Enabling this option will remove Vanity panels on all vanity cabinets in the drawing, provided they have not had the option changed in the cabinet
Existing users may need to run a catalog clean targeting the RemoveVPanel property to ensure they have the new library property
