The Advanced Drawer Front Configuration options provide some alternative ways to select the quantity of drawers in the cabinet, as well as the corresponding method used to calculate the heights of the drawer fronts.
The advanced drawer quantity options can be accessed by clicking the Quantity button next to the dropdown list for the drawer quantity.
This will open a separate window containing some alternative sizing and quantity options for the drawer front configurations, as shown below:
The configuration tab has two options for drawer front quantity selection.
Manual: Allows you to choose the number of drawers in the cabinet and sets all the drawer fronts to be equal sizes.
Top: Allows you to choose the number of drawers in the cabinet and specify the height of the top drawer front. The lower drawers will be evenly sized to fill the remaining space.
The selection page allows you to specify the drawer front heights in the selected ratio, rather than using specific sizes.
The number at the top of the column refers to the total number of equivalent drawer fronts if they were evenly spaced, with the diagrams showing how the ratio is split between the selected number of drawer fronts.
Include Gaps in Drawer Front Sizing: Enabling this option will include the gaps between the drawer fronts in the calculations for the drawer front sizes, allowing you to line up the drawer fronts with nearby cabinets that correspond to the overall ratio you have selected.
